Summer fields, near Sofala ......

Sometime ago I travelled through the regional district of Bathurst
towards the small village of Sofala. 

 It was winter but the landscape was still dry from a long dry summer.
I was inspired by the transparent light
 and the threatening skies.
Here is a little watercolour sketch of the landscape!
